Block Fee:

The Ontario Government is funding 1 IVF cycle for patients under 43 with a valid Ontario Health Card. This includes monitoring, egg retrieval, ICSI, assisted hatching and embryo freezing. There are some aspects of your treatment that it does not include:

Medication:
$4,000-$5,000+ depending on your protocol

Spindleview:
$800 (if ordered)

Embryoscope™:
$1,200 (if ordered)

Matris:
$400 (if ordered)

Embryo Storage:
$900 for first year (or any part thereof) $500 per year thereafter (or any part thereof)

PGT Biopsy

• PGT-A:
  $3,750 for up to 4 embryos + $350 for each additional embryo
  $4,800 for up to 8 embryos + $350 for each additional embryo
• PGT-SR:
  $5,600 for up to 8 embryos
• PGT-M:
  $8,350 for up to 8 embryos
• PGT-M with PGT-A:
  $9,750 for up to 8 embryos

Fresh IVF Cycle:

Frozen ET Cycle:

Freeze-All Cycle:
$15,650 (egg retrieval + first FET)

Social Egg Freezing Cycle:
